From May to November 2024, Program P.R.O.S.P.E.R (Revolutionizing Online Success for Micro Entrepreneurs & Small Business Owners) marked a transformative journey across Perak. Spearheaded by Chairman Ravendiran Arjunan and Coordinator Gopalakrishnan Kolandai, this initiative aimed to equip micro-entrepreneurs and small business owners with the essential tools, knowledge, and skills needed to thrive in the rapidly evolving digital economy.

The programme benefitted 200 participants, delivering comprehensive training in vital aspects of digital literacy. Core areas of focus included:

  • E-commerce platform management: Facilitating the establishment and management of online businesses.
  • Social media marketing strategies: Enabling effective engagement with customers through targeted campaigns.
  • Search engine optimisation (SEO): Helping businesses enhance their online visibility.
  • Content creation techniques: Teaching the art of producing high-quality content to attract and retain customers.

These sessions laid a strong foundation for participants to establish a credible and competitive online presence.
