A Meet with Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar

On 25th March 2024, “A Meet with Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar” was held at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre (KLCC), Kuala Lumpur. Featuring Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar as the Chief Guest, the event focused on the theme “It’s a Blessing from Sri Sri” and aimed to promote mindfulness, peace, and holistic well-being. The event was jointly organised with the Art of Living Malaysia.

The gathering brought together GOPIO members along with hundreds of Gurudev’s followers, creating a vibrant and diverse audience, including large numbers of non-PIOs. Participants explored key elements of inner harmony and resilience through Gurudev’s teachings. Attendees were guided on incorporating mindfulness into everyday routines, fostering a sense of interconnectedness, and finding harmony within themselves and the world.

In addition to sharing his profound insights, Gurudev led a group meditation session, providing a direct experience of mindfulness and inner peace for everyone in the auditorium. The interactive format allowed for personalised dialogue, enhancing the participants’ understanding and creating a close-knit atmosphere of shared spiritual growth.

The programme was described by many as transformative, leaving attendees inspired to pursue greater awareness and purpose in their lives. The success of the event highlighted GOPIO Malaysia’s commitment to providing meaningful platforms for engagement and reaffirmed the timeless relevance of Gurudev’s teachings in promoting balanced living in modern times.
