Youth Conference – 15th GOPIO International Convention

Organized as part of the 15th GOPIO International Convention, the Youth Conference held on 14th September at Kampo Hall, IYC, was a landmark event that united 200 participants from the global PIO community. Guided by Chairpersons Mr. Gopalakrishnan Kolandai and Mr. S. Pathma Seelan, the conference showcased an impressive lineup of 18 distinguished speakers. Notable among them were Shri Himadrish Suwan, Chairperson of the Confederation of Young Leaders and Director General of the Indian Institute of Governance and Leaders, and Dato’ Bala Chandran Tharman, Deputy Secretary General for Multilateral Affairs at Malaysia’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The event focused on empowering PIO youth to address global challenges through vibrant discussions, innovative thinking, and collaboration. Participants engaged in networking, knowledge-sharing, and exchanging strategies to overcome shared obstacles and unlock new opportunities. The conference provided a platform to foster creativity and critical thinking, encouraging young leaders to take actionable steps toward meaningful change.
