The Coronavirus has come unannounced. Communities, countries, in fact the world is forced into a lockdown.
This is historically unprecedented and has given rise to sufferings for all. The poorer Communities are more affected than others for their basic needs and for their daily meals. GOPIO and MAIUG have initiated targeted food distribution. A minimum of Rm 70.00 per week per family is being distributed. Hopefully their needs will be over in a month’s time or a little longer.
