Dato Randhir is the Chief Executive Officer of Inovasi Makmur (M) Sdn Bhd, a diversified group involved in water and wastewater consultancy, electronic security, and property development. He was recently consulted on the largest SCADA deployment in South East Asia for the water industry.

He has double degree – an honors degree in Biochemistry from the university of Malaya and an honors degree in law from the University of London. He pursued his master of science degree in Corporate Communications from University Putra Malaysia. His expertise also includes as a qualified trainer and ISO 9000 lead assessor. His areas of specialty are management and resolution and public, relations.

Among other working experience includes being the Assistant General Manager Corporate Communications, (Indah Water Consortium Sdn Bhd), the Executive Director of the Federation of Malaysian Consumers Associations (FOMCA) and the Executive Director of the National Chambers of Commerce and Industry of Malaysia (NCCIM).

He is also the founder President of the Selangor and Wilayah Water Watch (S3W), and the founder member of the Malaysia Punjabi Chambers of Commerce and Industry (MPCCI).

Dato Randhir extends his services as Advisor to Federation of Malaysian Consumer Association (FOMCA), education & research association for consumer (ERA Consumer) and development of Human Resources for Rural Areas (DHIRRA Malaysia). Both ERA Consumer and DHIRRA Malaysia are non – government organizations that are well established in empowering Indians at the grass root levels through te establishment of community centers. To date, these community centers have reached and assisted over 45,000 Indians throughout the country.

As part of Corporate Social Responsibility, in terms of community work he is the Deputy Chairman and Executive Director of Yayasan Strategic Social (YSS). YSS is a non-profit public policy think-tank that works closely with the government of Malaysia to address issues and challenges faced by the Indian community especially in the areas of community development, entrepreneurship, skills training and poverty eradication.
